The SITIO has 4 villas built in a Filipino-Balinese style. The foundation is made of concrete while the roof is of a unique design with cogon roofing. Each room has a package type air conditioning.

The total floor area of the 4 villas is 416 sqm. There is a reception counter which doubles up as an outside bar. There is a service building which houses a generator room, kitchen and laundry. The compound is equipped with a 60 KVA diesel generator which can supply the entire electrical requirement of the compound during brownouts. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped.

There is a waterfall which spills into a swimming pool for the use of guests. It displays changing colored lights for evening swimming. Two cabanas are located along side the swimming pool. back
